Parent Volunteer

I want to be a volunteer, how do I apply?

  1. If you do not have access to a computer, please call to the main office and we will be happy to help. 
  2. Complete the online volunteer application on the School Volunteer Management System.  A volunteer can access the online registration process and application at https://volunteerapp.lausd.net.
    • You will be asked to create an account so please have a valid email address to use
    • If you have children in different schools, you MUST list all the schools you wish to volunteer in
  3. Once the online volunteer application is completed, it should then be submitted electronically
  4. Documents to submit to the main office
  5. Your application will be reviewed and verified that all necessary forms have been submitted:
    • Completed application, printed and signed, kept on file
    • Signed Volunteer Commitment Form
    • Megan’s Law clearance
    • Tuberculosis test clearance
    • Fingerprinting (when applicable)
